A Blair County woman refuses to say what she did with a 19-year-old dog after taking him from an East Freedom family's property. Tammy Grimes, who is with Dogs Deserve Better, was arrested and charged for removing the dog from Steve and Laurie Arnold's property. Grimes received a number of phone calls that the dog was in poor health and not being cared for. She took video of him nearly lifeless at the Arnold's property and also took him from the location. Grimes says she took the dog to the vet for treatment, but wouldn't say what she did with him after that. She also says that the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society was contacted on a number of occasions to no avail before she decided to take action. The Arnold's deny that the dog was being mistreated and say they want him back.
