Cambria Co. man pleads guilty to robbing bank

ARMAGH, Pa. -- A Cambria County man has pleaded guilty to robbing an Indiana County bank and is awaiting his next court date on charges of robbing a bank in Cambria County.
Jeffrey Pellegrino, 45, of Ebensburg, pleaded guilty to robbing the Armagh S&T Bank at knifepoint on Sept. 10, 2013. He was sentenced to 16 months to eight years in state prison and to pay more than $800 in fines and costs, court records showed.
Pellegrino is also accused of robbing the First National Bank on Front Street in Cresson, Cambria County, the next day. Court records showed that case has been continued through April.
