Centre County, Pa. –
This week a state court said no to a Centre County man who challenged state law after he carried a loaded handgun into a State College magistrate’s office.
Hobson Mckown had a permit to carry a loaded handgun but it was not valid in Pennsylvania.
Mckown challenged the courts but his appeal was turned down.
One issue that was won in court for Mckown was that his weapons that were not firearms could be returned, which included two crossbows, two plastic pellet pistols and four knives.
