JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- There have been big changes in the case of a deadly shooting over the weekend in Johnstown (developments? changes doesn't make sense). On Tuesday police named three suspects they believe all pulled a trigger, leading to the shooting death of Tyrone Williams.

On Monday investigators were pleading with the community to come forward; within 24 hours those pleas worked. Johnstown police had no leads, no suspects and no motive in William's death up until two days after he was shot.

"We had a witness come forward, and provide us with some information and point us in the right direction," said Johnstown Police Chief Craig Foust.

Foust said detectives hit the streets, pounding on doors, them to three suspects: Richard Cook, 21, Jaquan Watson, 19, and Fidel Cosby, 16, who's being charged as an adult.

"One of them was taken into custody at a location in the West End, the other two are considered fugitives from justice at this point," Foust said.

Police said the night of the shooting Williams was looking for someone and approached a group of people outside of building 28 in Oakhurst Homes. In that group was Watson, Cosby and Cook. Police said an argument then turned deadly.

"We believe the victim actually tried to leave the area to avoid any confrontation and that's when the three suspects engaged him," Foust said.

Several witnesses told police Williams was hit by one of the suspects moments before all three pulled out three separate guns and began firing at him. Cook was taken to jail. Police said Tuesday they're still on the hunt for Watson and Cosby.

"I think people can take some comfort and the families hopefully can take some comfort that these three were identified relatively quickly," Foust said. "The one's already in custody and the other two will be taken into custody shortly."

Police said they believe Williams did not know any of the suspects, instead they said they think it came down to approaching the wrong people at the wrong time.

Anyone with information on Watson and Cosby's whereabouts should call police.
