JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —

Johnstown police said a man is in custody after fatally shooting another man early Wednesday in the Moxham neighborhood.

Joshua S. Price died after he was shot four times in his living room along the 500 block of rear Cypress Avenue. Cambria County Coroner Dennis Kwiatkowski said Price was in his late 20s.

Police received a call around 1 a.m. Police said the suspect fled in a vehicle after the shooting and the weapon has not been located. Several police departments assisted in taking the suspect into custody.

Police describe suspect as the victim's girlfriend's mother's boyfriend, but did not release the suspect's name. He will be arraigned on homicide charges.

The fatal shooting remains under investigation and police said more charges against other people could be filed.

Rachel Allen, who lives on Cypress Avenue, said she didn't hear gunshots but she is concerned knowing a fatal shooting happened not far from her front door.

"I have children and I feel like this is something of a concern to anyone who lives here and wants to live their life and be safe and free from danger," Allen said. "I've lived here for 10 years it's generally a great place to live, the café, I walk my dogs every day and I never really had a problem."
