1 injured in Somerset Co. crash

ADDISON TOWNSHIP, Pa. —






One person was airlifted by medical helicopter to a hospital after a crash in Somerset County early Friday.

Pennsylvania State Police said Chelsea Rugg was driving along Listonburg Road in Addison Township when she lost control and drove off the west side of the road.

The car crashed into a pipe before stopping. Three fire departments, two EMS crews and state police from Somerset responded to the crash.

Rugg was airlifted to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center with moderate injuries.

The investigation was ongoing as of noon Friday.
