Only 3 days until the busiest shopping day of the year. If you take part, you know, every mall will be packed with shoppers going for the best holiday deals. You just have to be prepared or you'll run into a huge, anxious crowd at 5 o'clock in the morning this Friday. The shoppers know what they want and they're determined to get it before the item is out. If you'll be doing this, we have 10 tips so you don't lose out or lose your mind.

1.Show up early!

2.Keep an eye on the prices of items that are not on sale. Sometimes they will be over priced to compensate for the super cheap advertised items.

3.Beware of cheap brands. Their life-span many only last months.

4.File your rebates quickly.

5.Make a list

6.List your must have ad items too.

7.DVDs and CDs make great gifts

8.Know a stores price matching policy

9.Create a winning team! Different groups can go to different stores. You can even have a driver to pick you up and drop others off.

10.Beware of "sale rage". Is the fight really worth the big screen TV?

Shoppers Channel 6 News talked to in the Galleria Mall agree with these tips.

Desiree Banbino, of Richland Township, tells Channel 6 News, "Get there early. Get there real early. I'll be up about 4 in the morning."

Anita Brown, of Jennerstown, says, "I think they should stay home. Kick your feet up. It is the day after the holiday. [Youre] gonna be fat anyway. Might as well prop up the feet."
