BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —
A New Jersey native living in Altoona is in the Blair County Jail after the Bureau of Narcotics Investigators said they found drugs in his home.
Police said they searched Andy Burgos' home on Oct. 6 and found 13 bricks of heroin with a street value of about $20,000.
Drug-packaging equipment, a small amount of marijuana and cellphones were also seized from Burgos' house on Kettle Street.
Burgos' bond was set at $75,000 straight cash.
