Police and drug task force officials said the arrests were proof that they are making good on their promise to step up efforts to get drugs off the streets.
The suspects were mostly from the Tyrone area and were charged with dealing drugs such as heroin, crack cocaine and OxyContin.
Officials said tips from the public and support and funding from the Operation Our Town crime-fighting campaign played a major role in making the arrests.
As of noon Thursday, police said they were still pursuing 10 more drug suspects in the county.
