Troopers said 38-year-old Todd Finochio and 39-year-old Kimberly Shaneyfelt, both of Altoona, are behind the theft ring.
Police said the pair stole electronics, PlayStations and other merchandise worth thousands of dollars and hid the items in a cart, garbage can and suitcase.
The thefts happened on Dec. 18, 24 and 26, police said.
