HARRISBURG, Pa. --
Two former Penn State administrators charged in connection with child sexual abuse allegations against Jerry Sandusky will be in court Friday.
Lawyers for Tim Curley and Gary Schultz say their clients are innocent of charges.
Prosecutors alleged Curley and Schultz they lied to a grand jury and failed to properly report allegations of child sex abuse.
Sandusky waived his preliminary hearing Tuesday on charges he sexually abused 10 boys. But lawyers for Curley and Schultz said they will challenge the evidence at Friday's hearing in Harrisburg.
Their attorneys said Curley requested administrative leave and Schultz went back to retirement only so they can focus on fighting what they call frivolous and damaging claims.
Assistant coach Mike McQueary, who is at the heart of the former administrators' case, may testify for the first time in public on Friday.
McQueary told the grand jury he saw Sandusky raping a boy when McQueary was a graduate assistant. But Curley and Schultz say they remember McQueary reporting only inappropriate conduct.
Reporters covering the hearing will be able to electronically relay reports of testimony in real time.
Dauphin County President Judge Todd Hoover on Thursday said reporters will be allowed to email, send text messages and tweet from their laptop computers and handheld devices from inside the courtroom.
News organizations, including The Associated Press, had sought to change an earlier court decorum order.
