JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. —
A fire that destroyed a car wash and Laundromat in Brockway in May as been ruled arson.
Police said two juveniles have been charged with setting the fire on May 27 at the Brockway Wash.
The blaze resulted in a $250,000 worth of in damages. A joint investigation led to the charges filed with juvenile authorities.
