2 men sentenced in connection with shooting death in Johnstown

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. —


Two men convicted in a deadly shooting outside Johnstown's Oakhurst homes nearly 17 months ago learned their sentences in Cambria County Court on Tuesday morning.

Marquis Neal was sentenced to 25 to 50 years in jail, and Anthony Harvey was given 7+ to 25 years for the October 2011 shooting death of J'Qquan Lewis.

Neal, who police cited as the shooter, was convicted of third-degree murder while Harvey, who was identified as the getaway driver, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
