2 Philipsburg residents face heroin-related charges after traffic stop

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. —

Two Philipsburg people are facing charges after police say they found heroin in their car during a traffic stop.

Police said Kali Roach tried to hide a stamp bag of heroin when police pulled her over on Interstate 80 in Marion Township.

According to police, the driver of the car, Anthony George, was driving under the influence. Both are facing several drug-related charges.
