BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —
An 81-year-old man has been charged with trying to proposition two women near Altoona's former Penn Alto Hotel in mid-April and early May.
Friday's Altoona Mirror says police were able to identify Walter Becker, of Dysart, from surveillance photos from City Hall Commons.
Becker is registered as a Megan's Law offender.
The women whom Becker is accused of propositioning told police that Becker approached them multiple times, offering them rides home and cash to get into his car.
