911 Center Repairs Not As Costly As Feared

BROOKVILLE, Pa. —

Repairs to Jefferson County's 911 center will be expensive, but not as much as initially feared.

Workers moved out of the water-logged building in March. Water had seeped into the building from the roof and poor storm drainage.

According to WJAC's news partner, the Courier Express, it will cost about $150,000 to fix.

Workers should be back in the building by August or September, according to the Courier Express.
