Amy Livingston was already facing involuntary manslaughter after son, Harley died from an infection... caused by severe diaper rash this past December. Now she's facing charges for having sex with a 15-year-old boy. According to the criminal complaint, Livingston would pick the now 16-year-old boy up from school and basketball practice and the two would have sex at her home or at a hotel. Because these incidents were within a month of Harley's death, the State wants to try the cases as one. Livingston will be arraigned at her preliminary hearing for the previous charges.
