Aftermath of the biggest snowfall of the year

By Kerri Corrado

Johnstown, PA —

It has been one of the biggest snowfalls all year and we have seen the effects of this system.

The blankets of snow have caused highways to be shut down, but people are still hitting the roads.

Despite PennDots advice to stay off the roads, many choose to still travel or are forced to travel for personal obligations.

Dozens of cars are stuck on roadways and travel time is doubled. There have been road closures and speed limits have been reduced.

Snow removal crews are doing their best to plow the roads.

Some people have even out aside their snow worries for holiday shopping and Christmas deals.
