WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, Pa. —

Pennsylvania State Police said alcohol appears to have played a role in a crash that injured four people in Jefferson County.

The crash happened Monday afternoon when a minivan swerved off O'Donnell Road in Winslow Township, went more than 60 feet down an embankment, then struck a tree.

The driver and three passengers were seriously hurt.

State police said two Reynoldsville residents were among those injured: the driver, Robert Moore Jr., and one of the passengers, Allan Marshall. The names of the others who were injured had not been released as of noon Tuesday.
