CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. —

A man who police called a "serial flasher" is convicted in Centre County court on Thursday.

Police called Ryan Ho a serial flasher accused of exposing himself to 19 women -- mostly Penn State students -- over a two-year period.

On Wednesday, Ho took the witness stand. He said he originally confessed to the crimes because he could not understand what detectives were asking him and that he was scared.

In court, Ho was not able to explain how police recovered his semen from a dorm room of an alleged victim and why he had a ski mask and other items in his possession when he was arrested last year.
