The Altoona Rescue Mission plans on re-building in the same spot it used to be in, before flames destroyed the building the day after Thanksgiving. The Mission's Board will meet early next month to discuss the plans to re-build, including determining what facilities, capacity and services will be needed. The Mission is relying on donations and ask those interested in contributing to bring the money to the Reliance Bank in Lakemont.
