Amish Group Is Victorious In Court

A conservative Amish sect will not have to use orange reflective triangles on their buggies anymore, according to a Pennsylvania Appeals Court. A small group of Amish, that moved to Cambria County a few years ago, say they prefer to use a gray reflective tape because it keeps to their beliefs. Now, they are asking the court to throw out 27 convictions against members who were ticketed for not using the triangles, which the state requires in on all slow moving vehicles. This decision is not expected to affect other Amish groups.
