Anger From Community

Blair County —

Miguel Padilla is accused of murdering three people over the weekend in Altoona. Tuesday, the community still mourned, but also wondered how this happened. Padilla graduated from Penn Cambria High School, in Cresson, and many ask how? Channel Six has learned citizenship doesn't matter, each school is required to teach kids, regardless, and tax payers are required to foot the bill for it. The more disturbing thing in this case is Padilla has a criminal past. In fact, after he was arrested last year in Fulton County, for illegally having a gun, immigration officials were notified he was an illegal immigrant and yet, no deportation.

Channel Six has made repeated attempts to talk to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the agency that replaced the I.N.S., and we can't get any answers or even a call back. A victim's wife, Barbara Mignogna, is pleading with lawmakers to do something about keeping our borders secure.
