HOLLIDAYSBURG —
Police said Amelia Boyer was crossing Penn Street when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Blair County attorney Tom Dickey.
Dickey, who was visibly shaken, told the Altoona Mirror his vehicle was barely moving.
He said Boyer walked in front of several other vehicles before being struck by his car.
