Tijhuan Leverette, of Johnstown, died at UPMC Lee Regional in January. The 17-month-old was on a ventilator to breathe, but there is some question as to whether or not the ventilator was disconnected. Now, the Cambria County District Attorney and Coroner hope an inquest can help them answer that question.

"We're basically at a standstill in the investigation. We have some questions we need answered. We have some issues with the investigation. No way better to do it than to call an inquest and get the thing squared away," Coroner Denny Kwiatkowski.

Testimony is set to kick off Tuesday morning. Six jurors and one alternate are to decided what steps should be taken.
