Bedford County Braces For Round Two
BEDFORD, Pa —
With parts of Bedford County already have 30 inches of snow on the ground, crews are now working around the clock to make room for more.
Bedford County commissioners implemented a declaration of emergency, so if the storm gets too overwhelming, the county can apply for federal assistance.
