CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. —
An 18-year-old Bellefonte man is charged with aggravated assault and other counts after police said he beat up another man in the early Sunday morning.
Derek Fetters was arraigned Sunday evening and remained in the Centre County Jail on Monday as of noon.
Pennsylvania State Police said Fetters got into an argument at a party with 22-year-old Jeffrey Smith. Troopers said Fetters followed Smith to a parking lot off Mills Street in Millheim Borough and physically assaulted Smith.
Smith reportedly suffered severe injuries.
