BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —

An Altoona woman was sentenced on Thursday to 16 to 32 years in state prison for her role in what police said was a Baltimore-to-Altoona cocaine ring.

Friday's Altoona Mirror reported that Natasha Miller was in tears as she told a judge she was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Police said Miller oversaw day-to-day operations of the ring, which operated out of the Corner Bar and Grill and brought 18 kilos of cocaine to Blair County in late 2011.
