Blair County officials have gathered up all the man power they could get, in preparation for the storm. Extra people were called in to operate to open an emergency operation center that is up and running throughout the duration of the storm. It'll be used to take non-emergency calls about downed power lines, fallen trees, flooding, and more. They have members from the police departments, fire stations, and highway yard on staff.
