Blair County Residents Restricted

A group of Blair County residents have been put on a restriction when it comes to using their water. Hollidaysburg Borough says the tank that supplies the Sylvan East, Glades and Stonehedge developments can only pump 33 gallons a second and residents are exceeding that. That's why the borough is asking residents to only use water when it's necessary, no washing cars and no watering the grass. The Altoona City Water Authority says it too has noticed water levels creeping down and while no restrictions have come down yetit could be in the near future.
