Dozens of people in Somerset County were without running water on Tuesday after a water main broke.
The break happened just after midnight at Penn and Linden streets in Stoystown. Crews were still working as of noon to restore service to about 15 homes.
Officials said workers must dig down to the line before any repairs can be made and there was no immediate word on when the break would be fixed.
