Clearfield County —
The Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection has a court order against Brides and Blossoms Bridal Shop in Clearfield. According to the state Attorney General, that means store owner, Pauline Pelton, has to refund customers plus pay civil penalties and investigation costs for misleading and defrauding customers. Pelton also must forfeit her right to own a business in Pennsylvania.
