Bullet Narrowly Misses Johnstown Teenager

Johnstown —

Police and neighbors tell Channel 6 News that two men argued inside a home next door to the teenager on Marbury Street in Johnstown on Monday. The neighbors then heard a pop. Police say a bullet traveled from the home where the men argued into the home next door where 17-year-old Nikki Sanner was sitting at the computer.

Nikki Sanner describes the experience, "All of a sudden I hear a pop and then I get hit with a piece of wood. I wasn't sure what it was so I asked my step-dad. He's not sure. So I come outside and ask my mom and my mom said it was a gun shot."

The bullet landed 6 inches from Nikki. Both men left the house. The owner, Anthony Petrusic, was caught by Police and arrested. He's charged with resisting arrest, among other charges. However Police don't know that Petrusic shot the gun. Police are still looking for the other man and the gun.
