CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. —

The trial is under way for the trial of two Philadelphia men charged with a shooting death in Johnstown.

Marquis Neal, 30, and his 29-year-old cousin, Anthony Harvey, are facing first-degree murder and other counts related to the shooting death of J'Quan Lewis.

Lewis was killed in October 2011 in a parking lot at the Oakhurst Homes.

Jury selection started Monday in Cambria County and wrapped up Tuesday evening as two final jurors and two alternates were seated.

The suspects were escorted into the courtroom at the Central Park complex. After opening statements, the trial moved outdoors to the shooting scene at Oakhurst Homes.

Officials previously told 6 News that testimony will be heard at the Central Park complex because most of the witnesses are from Johnstown.
