Cambria County Crash Kills One Person

An investigation is under way in Cambria County into a fatal crash.

The Cambria County Coroner Dennis Kwiatkowski told WJAC that speed was likely a factor when a white pickup truck crossed the center line on Nicktown Hill Road, smashing into an oncoming car.

Kwiatkowski said a woman who was a passenger in the car was killed, and two people had to be flown to the hospital. Their conditions were not known as of Friday afternoon.

Officials are not yet releasing the name of the victim.
