Cambria County Is Pickin' Up The Trash!

The number of illegal dump sites in Cambria

County has pushed officials to hire a full-time employee to enforce

dumping laws. Matt Riley, an employee of the Cambria County Solid

Waste Authority, will scour the county and will investigate bandit

trash sites. He estimates there are at least 100 illegal dumps in

the county and their contents include household trash to

construction debris to animal carcasses.
