A Cambria County restaurant has gotten a tune-up thanks to some help form community development funds. The Ebensburg Beer and Sandwich Express is now open. The restaurant features the decor of a 1950's era car repair garage. The owner's applied to the progress fund for a loan to buy the business. The progress fund provided entrepreneurial coaching and loans for community businesses.
