Cancer Drugs In Short Supply

A number of hospitals are being forced to ration their cancer drug supplies, meaning some patients may not get the doses they need.

Some hospitals may even have to turn new patients away.

Most hospitals here in the Alleghenies, however, have not been affected yet.

The cancer drugs that have seen a shortage treat several forms of the disease including prostate cancer, breast cancer and leukemia.
