Officials said Route 2010 in Greenville Township near the Maryland border was expected to be closed until 4 p.m. while crews cleared the scene.
Drivers were asked to avoid the intersection of Route 2010 and Arnold Lane Road.
It was not known as of noon if there were any injuries.
