CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. —
A Centre County store owner is charged with selling illegal synthetic drugs in State College last year.
Police said John O'Keefe, owner of Dragon Chasers Emporium and Nirvana's Closet, sold so-called "bath salts" to undercover police officers between August 2011 and February 2012.
Authorities seized drug paraphernalia and cash from both stores and froze assets totaling $900,000 in O'Keefe's bank account.
