A man wanted on charges of raping two young girls is on his way back to State College. Carl McWilliams fled the area three years ago when police wanted to talk to him about the sexual assaults. After McWilliams case was featured on a TV special, he was discovered living on an Canadian Island. McWilliams is being extradited back to Centre County today, and is due to be arraigned before a State College area magistrate.

The nation's oldest tenting fair is once again underway in Centre Hall. Its the 129th year for the Grange Encampment and fair, with the opening ceremonies being held Thursday night. Up to 100 thousand people are expected to visit Grange Fair during the next week, along with folks in the 960 tents, and 1400 recreational vehicles on the fair grounds.
