Centre County Man Convicted Of Armed Robberies

His Sister's Testimony Swayed The Jury

George Patton of State College-dubbed the Bandana Bandit- was found guilty of nine armed robberies. The Centre County jury convicted Patton on the robberies his sister testified-that she was the getaway driver. Police say the Pattons staged the four county crime spree last summer-to get money for drugs. Patton will be sentenced next month.
