STATE COLLEGE —
A Penn State student is facing charges after police said he tried to hit another man with a tequila bottle.
Police told 6 News an officer saw 20-year-old Adam Willmsarguing with another man.
Police added that as the argument escalated, Willms ran after the man and tried to hit him on the head with the glass bottle.
Police said the other man put Willms in a headlock.
Willms was arrested and faces several charges.
