BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —

A Claysburg couple is facing charges of corrupting minors and endangering children, according to the Altoona Mirror.

Police said Rickey Bryant II bounced a small child on his lap while Bryant was nude. Bryant is charged with indecent assault.

According to the newspaper, police said Bryant's wife, Christina Bryant, knew about the behavior but did not report it.

Police arrested the Bryants on Friday.

Investigators said the first child abuse complaint came in early May from the Blair County Children, Youth and Families agency. The complaint stated Bryant had inappropriately touched a young girl, and the Altoona Mirror reports one of the children showed some signs of abuse.

This is the second abuse allegation in less than a week in Claysburg. Police arrested Tabatha Partsch late last week after they said she sexually abused both boys and girls and exposed them to pornography. Investigators said the crimes took place at Partsch's home in Claysburg and one of the victims was as young as 5 years old. Partsch is facing up to 18 charges.
