Berlin —
Cleanup crews were out Thursday afternoon picking at the rubble. It used to be an apartment building in Berlin before it burned down last December. The landlord is facing charges for having the unsafe structure. She told the DEP it would be gone by the end of August. Berlin officials are just happy to see the clean up. Council will decide whether or not the charges against the landlord will stand when the rubble is gone.
