CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. —

A Clearfield area business was the target of a burglary Tuesday night.

Pennsylvania State Police said thieves forced open a window at Down River Restaurant  & Store in Goshen Township.

Once inside, the thieves stole money from the cash register and bank bags.

It was not clear as of Wednesday afternoon how much money was stolen, but police estimate damages to the store at about $200.

Anyone with information is asked to call state police at their Clearfield barracks.
