CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. —

A Clearfield County man accused of turning his gun on police when they intervened in a domestic dispute will spend at least two years in a state prison.

Police said Peter Cain Jr. was threatening to shoot his wife and nephew in November. When police responded to the Spruce Grove Trailer Court, Cain started firing shots at them.

A judge sentenced Cain to two to five years in jail. In addition, Cain will be barred from consuming alcohol or using controlled substances.
