Police said Parks slammed her head off of the bathroom tub several times, then kicked her in both the ribs and head several times.
The woman was able to escape to a neighbor's house for help.
Parks ended up being punched and kicked several times by two men.
He was taken to a hospital, treated for injuries and taken to the Clearfield County Jail.
