CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. —

Closing statements were presented Monday morning in the trial of two Philadelphia men who are accused of fatally shooting a man in Johnstown.

Marquis Neal, 31, and Anthony Harvey, 29, are accused of shooting J-Quan Lewis to death in the parking lot of the Oakhurst homes in October 2011.

Prosecutors said the shooting came a day after Harvey and Lewis got into a fight outside Edder's Den bar.

Police allege that Neal was the triggerman and Harvey drove them to and from the scene.

The suspects, who are cousins, could both face life in prison.

Neal took the stand in his own defense on Saturday; Harvey did not testify in his own defense.
