The community of Hastings pulls together on Sunday to take part in a concert called, "Helping Hands for Hastings." The event raised money for families who lost loved ones in a deadly blaze back in May. Four people were killed when the candles they were using to light their home caught the house on fire. The Public Utility Commission is investigating why Penelec shut off power to the house just days before it was destroyed.
